Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) relates to the provision of ‘Fuel’ to the Victorian government. The existing Fuel State Purchase Contract (SPC) is due to expire on 31 December 2015 and the Lead Department seeks to establish a new SPC for Fuel upon this expiry. In conducting this RFT, the Lead Department seeks to obtain optimal value for money outcomes through a balanced benefit of procurement efficiencies, including coverage and competitive pricing in the supply of fuel.
