A Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) will be required for the proposed Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations and Subdivision (Fees) Regulations. A consultant with economic expertise is required to undertake the data gathering and economic analysis for the RIS.
A Request for Tender (RFT) is available for download from the Victorian Government Tender website located at www.tenders.vic.gov.au.
