The Victorian Government (the State) seeks to establish preferred suppliers (‘Panel Firms’) of legal services to state government departments and participating agencies through the selection of law firms to the Legal Services Panel. Law firms may be selected to provide legal services in Areas of Law within the following Categories:

¨         Government and Administrative

¨         Commercial

¨         Property, Planning and Environment

¨         General litigation, public inquiries, coronial inquiries and personal injuries.

 Note: Tender response Part D to be completed in Mircosoft Word Format 2003, in accordance with conditions of tendering Part A.
