Description
The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital is seeking market sounding for the provision of an electronic medications management system for use by clinicians to ePrescribe medications in a fast and intuitive way, document alerts, allow in/outbound integration options for key data items and provide pharmacy review and dispensing. Another potentially requirement would be to produce and export a discharge summary including medications history.
The intent of the market sounding exercise has been formulated to determine and assess the range of options (technical and functional) that may be available which meet the requirements and components of the EMM project.
A briefing session will be held on Thursday 9th July 10am-12pm in the Lucy Jones Hall at the hospital, 426 Albert Street, East Melbourne.
Participation in the market sounding is voluntary. The market sounding is not part of any procurement or tender process however information provided and the outcome of the market sounding process may influence the preferred procurement and tender process. Each supplier is permitted to bring two representatives to the arranged forum. Further information regarding the project scope, specific requirements, intent, submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be distributed following this session.
