 Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites Tenders for the provision of Cranial Neurosurgery Prostheses and Associated Consumables to Participating Health Services (“the Health Services”)

RFT Documentation

• Tender documents are available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal (https://esourcing.hpv.org.au) 
   
• All Respondents must register on the HPV Procurement Portal before gaining access to the RFT.

Communication

• All communication regarding the RFT must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 10:00am AEST 22 April 2015. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

• Tenders must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
