EPA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified environmental consultant to review available historical data, design a regional groundwater sampling and analysis plan and collect high quality data to characterise and assess the baseline groundwater quality of Fishermans Bend Urban renewal Area. The results of the project are intended to potentially support the identification of a precinct regional scale Groundwater Quality Restricted Use Zone (noting that it will be EPA Victoria’s role to use this information, as appropriate).
