Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites Tenders for the provision of Beds, Mattresses, Patient Trolleys and Treatment Chairs to Participating Health Services ("the Health Services"). Contract Term: 30 June 2015 - 29 June 2018 with additional 2 x 1 year option periods. Invitation to Supply (ITS) Number: ITSHPV2015-060 ITS Description: Beds, Mattresses, Patient Trolleys and Treatment Chairs Tender Close Date: 2:00pm AEDT, 22 April 2015. Authorised Contact Person: Mark Lennen, Category Manager - Equipment ([email protected]). The only person authorised to communicate with Respondents is the Authorised Contact Person or a nominated HPV representative. Tender documents are available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal https://esourcing.hpv.org.au. Please note all Respondents must register on the HPV Procurement Portal before gaining access to the ITS and tender documents. All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 10:00am AEDT 15 April 2015. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries. Tenders must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal and will not be accepted by any other method of delivery.
