Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the undertaking of approximately 14,500 Special Meter Reads (SMR) annually within the Coliban Region which covers 16,500 square kilometres of Central and Northern Victoria. SMRs are performed outside the quarterly scheduled meter reading cycle. SMRs are generally required in the following circumstances: a) When a customer moves from one property to another i.e. tenant changes b) When a customer sells a property i.e. information statement CLOSING DATE FOR QUERIES Please note that there will be no online forum, however queries will be accepted by email and phone up until 2pm, Tueday 10/03/2015.  Question and Answer addendums will be posted on the site intermittently.
