Ambulance Victoria (AV) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply a Cloud Based Contact Centre solution for a number of internal business and operational functions.
There are currently a diverse range of contact centre technologies and processes supporting internal AV operations. AV seeks to consolidate these under the one ICT Cloud Based technology platform; giving each business function the full range of features and advantages of modern contact centre technologies and being able to tailor these features to their own operational requirements.
