Description
The Department of State Development, Business and Innovation (DSDBI), on behalf of the Victorian Government, is seeking proposals from capable and experienced organisations to act as a single supplier to deliver the IT Infrastructure Services that are currently provided by CenITex to its customer base of Victorian Government departments and agencies.
Recipients of these RFP Registration Instructions who wish to register to receive a copy of the full RFP must complete the registration process outlined in these RFP Registration Instructions by executing and submitting the Registration Deed and the Registration Response Template in accordance with section 3 below. Any previous documents executed by recipients of RFP Registration Instructions in connection with any other procurement processes operated by CenITex or DSDBI do not apply to the RFP Process.
Following registration, Respondents must submit Proposals for the purchase of CenITex's assets and contracts and the delivery of services via traditional outsourcing arrangements. The Government also welcomes offers, in the form of Alternative Proposals, that include alternative approaches, such as the purchase of CenITex as a going concern.
The current Services provided by CenITex will be described in detail in the full RFP and include Service Desk Services; Desktop and End User Device Services; Processing Services including Managed Business Applications; Storage Services; Network Services; Identity and Access Management Services; Security Services and Project Services.
DSDBI is seeking value for money and innovative solutions that challenge and improve the Victorian Government’s approach to ICT service delivery.
