The Ballarat West Employment Zone (BWEZ) will be a high quality, high-profile, 438 hectare industrial and commercial precinct to take advantage of and support the future economic growth of Ballarat and the region.

BWEZ will offer affordable, fully serviced and highly visible lots, quality infrastructure and state of the art sustainable design and environmental features to create a vibrant place of business activity.

The State Government and the City of Ballarat are delivering the BWEZ project. Together, they have allocated $30.2 million to deliver Stage 1 of BWEZ to attract and retain businesses that will grow jobs and the regional economy.

The State intends to offer for sale, off the plan, up to 60.1 hectares of land within Stage 1 of the BWEZ precinct. This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites you to demonstrate your interest in securing a place in this premium estate.

Submissions are invited until 12 December, in accordance with the requirements set out in the EOI document. The State will evaluate Submissions and select a short list of Respondents who will be invited to negotiate the purchase their preferred location within Stage 1 of BWEZ .
