Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified designer/fabricators for the construction of a mobile barrier starting system to be fitted to a supplied four wheel drive motor vehicle.

Key components include the fabrication of a starters’ cabin and hydraulically controlled starting gates.

The mobile barrier must meet applicable design regulations pertaining to a registrable motor vehicle.

An option is included to build a similar unit for the New South Wales Harness Racing Club.
