Health Purchasing Victoria ("HPV") invites Tenders for the provision of
Part A Physiological Monitoring Equipment & Part B Anaesthetic Gas Delivery Systems to Participating Health Services ("the Health Services").
Contract Term: Contract will be for a 3 year period with the option of an additional 2 x 1 years.

All communications to HPV regarding the tender and during the tender open period must be via the Tenders VIC Online Forum. Closing Time and Date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 2pm AEST 4 April 2014. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries.
Tender Responses must be completed electronically and delivered to the Electronic Tender Box at Tenders VIC website (www.tenders.vic.gov.au). Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions, clause 3.12 Delivery Method. Tender submissions are NOT to be lodged with the Authorised Contact Person.
Late Tender Submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions, clause 3.11 Late Responses.
