The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation developed the 100 Day Challenge as a self help tool for people  experiencing gambling harm. 

Designed with input from gambling counsellors, the challenge focuses on offering participants alternative activities that they can undertake to help them take a break or reduce their gambling. With stigma such a barrier to seeking outside support, a forum was a key inclusion for participants to be able to share their story and receive encouragement.

The Foundation is seeking suitably qualified organisations to provide community moderation for the 100 Day Challenge.
