The Department of Health and Human Services (the Client) is calling for proposals from suitably qualified and experienced parties to undertake the role of Project Manager/ Director for a range of funded planning projects for the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority. There are two primary groups of projects: -

i) Acute Tertiary Health: Service Planning, Masterplanning & Feasibility projects and

ii) Primary Health: Programmatic Service Planning, Masterplanning & Feasibility. These projects will identify opportunities to strengthen and optimise the health and wellbeing outcomes from services delivered onsite whilst ensuring the services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Separate consultant services will be be procured to deliver a range of the following activities:

• a Service Plan;

• a Model of Care;

• a Strategic Functional Brief;

• a Master Plan Study; and/or

• a Feasibility Study.

The project manager/ Director will oversee the appointment of consultants and be expected to coordinate all inputs and deliverables within the nominated timelines and against the objectives set by VHHSBA and its stakeholder clients.
