REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT)

Architect / Principal Consultant and Project Management Services

Western District Health Service (WDHS) invites tenders for the provision of Architect / Principal Consultant and Project Management Services for the Penshurst District Hospital Redevelopment Project.

In accordance with the Architect / Principal Consultant and Project Management Services RFT specifications WDHS is seeking to appoint an architectural firm (on a consultancy basis) to provide detailed design for the redevelopment of the Penshurst District Hospital which includes a combination of acute and residential aged care facilities.

Subsequent to the design work, WDHS requires the appointed consultant to project manage the construction phase of the project, including fulfilling the Superintendent’s role under the construction contract. The appointed consultant will be included in WDHS’s Project Control Group for the project and report to WDHS’s Director Corporate Services.

Applications will be assessed on merit against an established evaluation criteria which is apart of the RFT package.
