The Department of Education (DET) is currently working with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to deliver the Footscray Learning Precinct. The Precinct will offer a holistic approach to learning and development for children aged 0-18. This Request for Tender offers the opportunity for a service provider to enter a long-term lease with the Department to operate an Integrated Early Learning Centre and Maternal Child Health facility within the Precinct. The Department is currently seeking a service provider with the capabilities and capacity to provide a financial contribution, integrated learning environment and maternal child health service, which meets the requirements of the Integrated Early Learning Centre for incorporation within the Precinct.
