Provision of baby bundles to all first time parents in Victoria

The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to supply and deliver baby bundles to all Victorian first-time parents for Stage 2 of the project, with delivery commencing on 1 February 2020. Victorian first-time parents account for around 35,000 births per year, or approximately 40% of all Victorian births. The baby bundles contain nursery essentials and information for parents to support their child’s learning and development in the first year.
