Description

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is requesting an Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the procurement of the Specialist Assessment Program to be delivered to Victorian government schools. This is the first phase of a two phase tender process.

The second phase will be a Request for Tender (RFT) inviting short-listed respondents from the EOI.

Specialist Assessments require technical expertise to further investigate defects identified from a visual condition assessment at the school, such as a roof plumber or structural engineer. The Specialist Assessment Program is anticipated to be conducted from late 2019 to December 2022.
