Development Victoria is seeking to engage with experienced residential builders to deliver 83 residential townhouses at its Aurora development situated in Melbourne’s North. Builders are to deliver their own product under a split contract arrangement via an open Expression of Interest process.

Interested bidders can now download the EOI documentation attached to this notification.

Bidders are required to complete the Request for Expression of Interest document attached, ensuring they meet the criteria as contained in Part C of this document. Submissions are requried to be lodged via email to Development Victoria's nominated tender email address - [email protected] by the closing date.

Bidders should be aware that the Local Jobs First policy (formerly VIPP) does not apply to this particular procurement and may apply to other procurement packages for this Project.
