The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is responsible for delivering the Affordable Retrofits: Energy Savvy Upgrades program throughout Victoria. The program will run until 2021 and aims to upgrade 700 homes where householders have a low income or are under energy stress due to a vulnerability factor. As part of the program, DELWP is seeking responses to this RFT for the provision of services to undertake Energy Savvy Upgrades 5 City of Greater Geelong and Shire of Golden Plains (southern end)
