Description
| Peninsula Health is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to provide residential services for older people entering a transition care service. |
| Capacity is required for the residential care provider(s) to offer a maximum of 50 beds or part thereof (no less than 15). It is highly desirable that services be delivered by one provider across 2 facilities, or, two independent providers. These beds are required from 14 November 2019. |
| Should Peninsula Health choose to proceed with a contract post Invitation, it is anticipated the contract term will be for a period of three (3) years with the possibility of an option to extend for a period of two (2) years. |
| A significant proportion of care recipients will require the equivalent of high level residential care. A proportion of care recipients will require the equivalent of low level residential care. The proportion of high to low residents will be variable. |
