MEPACS is a division of Peninsula Health and operates a Personal Alarm Service for older people and younger people with disabilities, who have health and support needs, and are at risk of a medical emergency.   Peninsula Health is also funded by the Victorian Government for the provision of Personal Alert Victoria for eligible Victorians

This Invitation is for the provision of Personal Alarm Local Unit & Pendant Trigger Device equipment, as specified in AS 4607 – 1999, for use in client premises.

The provision of Personal Alarm Local Unit & Pendant Trigger Device equipment includes:

- Personal Alarm Local Unit & Pendant Trigger Device equipment;

- Complete documentation for all equipment, including user manuals, service manuals and installation manuals;

- Remote upload / download software for programmable settings;

- Under warranty repair service for all faulty units;

- Repair service for units out of warranty;
