This request for tender (RFT) relates to the provision of Prevention and Recovery Care Services (PARCs) for North West Mental Health (NWMH) which is part of the Melbourne Health (MH).

The PARCs provide a recovery program through a short-term, residential stay in a sub-acute residential setting.  Recovery services are provided by an integrated team of Mental Health Community Support Service (MHCSS) staff and area mental health service clinical staff.  The managerial and support staffs are employed through each MHCSS provider, the clinical staff through each of the AMHS’s.
