Monash Health is relocating some of its administrative offices to a new shared facility location in a South Eastern suburb of Melbourne. The shared facility offices will be spread across 3200m2 over two levels in an existing building that is fully carpeted and in acceptable condition, which must be fitted out to accommodate c180 staff in an open plan environment.

This will require the supply and commissioning of:

• Office furniture
• Document storage units
• Removal and creation of a limited number of partitions
• Provisioning of additional data and power connections

It is expected that the successful tenderer will project manage the end-to-end fit out requirements and handover a fully functional office space in respect to the goods and services included in Part B of this EOI.

 Key Deliverables:

1. End-to-end project management for the office fit out
2. Supply, assembly and commissioning of items as per Part B
3. Provide post commissioning support up to a period of at least six months
