M&OP intends to conduct a tender to identify a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver Fire Equipment and Systems Maintenance at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, covering preventative maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance and call out rosters for event coverage (if required) and at other times as required.

  • Smoke Detectors
  • Manual Call points (break glass)
  • Beam Detectors
  • Vesda systems

• Fire Suppression Systems
  • Fire Sprinklers (Including Booster Assemblies)
  • Fire Hydrants (Including Booster Assemblies)
  • Fire Hose Reels
  • Portable fire extinguishers and fire blankets
  • Storage Tanks and pump sets
  • Associated hydraulic

• Door sets
  • Fire Doors
  • Smoke Doors

• EWIS (Emergency Warning and Intercommunications System)

• Other fire protection systems or equipment noted as specified in the EOI or RFT to be issued at a later date.
