South East Water is looking to appoint a suitable and qualified Supplier to provide a continuation of the Voice of Customer Program (Brandtracker) for South East Water and its wholly owned subsidiary, iota Services Pty Ltd (iota).

South East Water’s Voice of Customer program (Brandtracker) was established in 2018 to measure, track and report customer, community sentiment and satisfaction on an ongoing basis. The program established a baseline satisfaction, trust and sentiment score and continued to report back on these scores on a monthly basis with 125 unique respondents participating each month. The unique respondents are to be selected as per specific demographic, market segment, and other criteria provided by South East Water.
