Development Victoria is seeking to appoint a highly capable and diligent contractor to deliver approximately 80-90 townhouses in Officer. Located in the Officer Town Centre on the Metro train line, the project will be delivered under a ‘split contract’ model between Development Victoria and the builder partner.

Builders must be Registered Building Practitioners in Victoria and have experience in the full cycle of medium density developments including master planning, town planning, design and construction at a large scale.
