Description

This Request for Quote poses an opportunity for a qualified service providers who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to respond to participate in a panel of providers to deliver a Workplace Cultural Wellbeing Program providing cultural support to Aboriginal Wellbeing Officers (AWO) and Local Justice Works (LJW) working within the Corrections Victoria environment and the community.  

The program will pilot for a 12 month period and includes an extension option for a further 12 months if the program is considered successful and to further embed the services.

The role of the successful service provider/s will be to act as Cultural Consultants, involving the provision of one-on-one debriefing support. Providers may also respond to deliver group cultural debriefing sessions and training workshops to prepare the workers for the program.  

If successful, the contracted service provider/s will be required to report quarterly on the service, as well as, provide a final report that includes recommendations for future delivery of services to workers.

Offers may include a response for any, or all, of the requirements listed below:

·         one-on-one monthly cultural debriefing sessions with workers

·         group cultural debriefing sessions delivered quarterly

·         initial training/workshops to prepare workers for the Workplace Cultural Wellbeing Program.

Offers should also include a proposed “transition in” schedule as part of their response.
