This advertisement seeks to obtain Expressions of Interest ("EOI") from interested parties to act as a Building Contractor for the construction of the new Werribee Police Complex.

The EOI is the first phase of a Tender Process that seeks to select a Building Contractor that can clearly demonstrate that it has the experience, capability, capacity and commitment to deliver the Project.

The Project will be procured by Victoria Police.

Victoria Police has delegated authority to Donald Cant Watts Corke Project Management (DCWC) to manage the Project to completion and final certificate on behalf of Victoria Police.
