In order to meet its obligations to provide public housing in the state of Victoria the Department wishes to establish, through public tender, a panel of modular builders to deliver modular houses to the Department. The Modular Houses will range from stand alone to small clusters to multi story apartment style, and be located in both Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. The Panel will be established for an initial period of 3 years with a possible extension of up to another two years.
