Description
North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified agencies, organizations or individuals (The Consultants) to investigate the current capacity constraints along Gunbower Creek and Spur Creek (in Gunbower Forest) and assess options for addressing these constraints. This project will:
- • confirm the constraints, including their impact on flows both into Gunbower Forest and down Gunbower Creek;
- • identify the drivers and trajectory of the constraints;
- • Identify the risks associated with the ‘do nothing’ scenario;
- • identify how and to what degree these constraints may be resolved, and therefore the flows that can be reasonably achieved in Gunbower Creek and into Gunbower Forest in the future.
