South West Healthcare (SWH) invites tenders for the provision of Architectural Design & Project Management Services (‘the Services’) in accordance with the requirements of this RFT. The appointed consultant will make a significant contribution to the establishment of a new community health facility to be located in Portland, Victoria.
In the first phase, the appointed consultant will provide a full and detailed design for a facility which would be suitable for the delivery of mental health services (non- residential) and other public health related services.
In the second phase the appointed consultant will provide various services associated with the subsequent tender for construction services and the build phase of the project.
