Description

Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced Mechanical lift specialist, to replace Building 901 passenger lift, and update emergency phone system. Tenderers are asked to take into consideration the following documents when formulating their fixed tender submission;

- Senior Elevator consultants – Lift Replacement Scope of works; for 1 lift at Federation University 901  Building, Berwick NOV 2018.

- EM-4GE: Emergency Wireless Communication 4G Communication system.

Tenderers must take into consideration all AUSTRALIAN Standards & Conformity with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Compliance in formulation of their tender submission.

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF AN EXTENSION TO DATES FOR THE CLOSE OF THE TENDER, MANDATORY ONSITE INSPECTION DATE, QUESTION CLOSE OFF DATES.

MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 13TH FEBRUARY 2019, 10AM.Tenderers shall assemble in Building 901 entry foyer and register on arrival. Parking restrictions apply. Parking tickets can be purchased from meters on site.

QUESTION CLOSE OFF DATE IS NOW THURSDAY 14TH FEBRUARY, 2019, 4PM AEST.

Interested parties wishing to post questions may only do so through the University’s Tender Portal (Tender Search) Question Forum. Questions posed by this method will be brought to the attention of the Project Sponsor and their response distributed to all interested parties via the Tender Portal.
