CSV is seeking responses for construction services for the Nhill Law Court upgrade to restore the facility to a fully functional asset. Significant maintenance is required to address ongoing issues regarding the building fabric and structural upgrade. The building upgrades will provide a safe and sustainable asset, with an increased lifecycle, providing for ongoing availability of Court facilities for the local community in-line with CSV’s Strategic Asset Plan.
