The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to provide respondents with the opportunity to present their Enterprise Monitoring and Alerting Solutions to the Department of Health and Human Services (the department).  The department is looking to gain a detailed understanding of solution capability and the supplier market available for the provisioning of, product licensing, implementation and support services of an Enterprise Monitoring and alerting solution.

The EOI will be used to determine suitable suppliers of an Enterprise Monitoring and alerting solution to enter a Request for Quote procurement process with the department.

This EOI process will be the first stage of a multi‑stage procurement process.
