Description
The objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified contractor to design and construct a new liner and associated works within Lagoon 2, 3A, 3B and 4 at the Wangaratta Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure all lagoons achieve a minimum 1x10-9 m/s permeability rate.
