Family Safety Victoria is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to evaluate two Aboriginal-led family violence prevention grant programs, and to build the evaluation capacity of funded organisations or community groups. The Request for Tender is divided into two separate components for the evaluation of each grant program:

• the Aboriginal Community Initiatives Fund (CIF) – Component 1
• the Preventing the Cycle of Violence (PCV) Aboriginal Fund – Component 2

Tenderers have the option of bidding for either component 1 or for component 2; or could bid for both components.
