Description
Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the delivery of the Elmore Water Tower Rectification works.
The contractor will be responsible for undertaking rectification works on the Elmore Water Tower's slab soffit to address the crack and the consequential damage caused by leaking water through the slab soffit. As part of the scope of works, the contractor will be required to seal cracks within the tank slab and wall, concrete remedial treatment of all areas of spalled and delaminated concrete to the tank slab soffit and the application of tank slab strengthening via Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) laminates.
The contractor will be engaged in an AS2124 Construction Only contract with the Principle.
