The provision of Proactive Wellbeing Supervision services to all principals and acting principals across the 1581 public schools in Victoria.

A pilot program was successfully trialled in 2018 across 4 networks, and DET is now seeking to extend this program across all 55 networks in Victoria to help ensure that all principals have access to this proactive wellbeing initiative.

The Proactive Wellbeing Supervision offers principals access to bi-annual wellbeing supervision sessions with an experienced psychologist, with an option of receiving two additional sessions as determined on a case by case basis.
