The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a flexible residential care service model that responds to the individual needs of the young people. The new service will support four young people of a preferred age of 15 – 18 years who are subject to a statutory order or a Voluntary Child Care Agreement. The service will be located in the Central Highlands area.
