Ambulance Victoria are seeking an off-the-shelf Integrated Rostering, Claims Management and Workforce Planning: Forecasting and Analytics system, to enhance operational performance, resource management, planning and forecasting by streamlining, automating and integrating in-scope business processes.

• Integrated Rostering and Claims Management (IRCM) system should optimise AV supply resources to meet operational demands considering audit and internal constraints / policies; on a stable, secure and integrated enterprise-scaled platform and to deliver a streamlined approach towards the management of rosters and claims.
• Workforce Planning: Forecasting and Analytics (WPFA) system should improve AV’s ability to accurately forecast and plan for the right levels of resources, at the right locations with the right clinical skill set within the approved budgeted hours.

Following the release of the tender, a vendor industry briefing will be held on Tuesday 18th December 2018.
