MRPA advises that the Request for Proposal (RFP) has now been released. The closing time and date for submission of RFP response is 2:00pm AEDST on 24 January 2019.

The Opportunity
MRPA is seeking to engage one service provider to provide centralised support to MRPA to develop and deliver the Program.

The key objectives of the procurement are to identify a service provider that has the:
·        capacity to deliver the services;
·        capability and demonstrated experience in road infrastructure projects;
·        scalability and availability of resources; and
·        delivers value for money to the State.

It is proposed that the service provider will be contracted under an exclusivity arrangement, whereby they are restricted from providing services to MRPA’s engaged contractors and bidders due to probity risks and perceived unfair advantage.

Prequalification Requirements
All tenderers in submitting their offer must satisfy pre-qualification requirements for their offers to be evaluated by MRPA which will be outlined in the release of tender. Offers that do not comply with these conditions will not progress through the evaluation process.
