Description
The objective of the RFT is to establish a panel of suitably qualified legal service providers for the “Provision of Personal Injury Legal Services”. Respondents are required to tender for any one of the following WorkSafe categories:
(a) All categories of work (common law, statutory benefits and recoveries); or
(b) Common law and statutory benefits, but not recoveries; or
(c) Recoveries, but not common law and statutory benefits.
