South East Water currently utilises several different HR systems to manage employee processes and data across the end to end employee lifecycle. These systems are typically well established in the market, however they have limited integration across systems, often relying on manual intervention to keep the data up to date. Many functions required by the business today are not possible in the current environment.

To meet the needs of our evolving workforce and to help enable the delivery of its strategic priorities through the success of its people, South East Water is seeking to implement an integrated SAP SuccessFactors solution that provides enhanced functionality across the employee lifecycle. The solution will be cost effective, fit for purpose, seamless and easy to use. The SAP SuccessFactors solution will become the single source of information for employees and People Leaders and will drive enhanced levels of business efficiency through the utilisation of tools to further streamline and automate the flow of employee information, and leverage greater levels of self-service. The solution will also equip the business with a richer source of data and knowledge to support decision making across the various business units.

South East Water will be leveraging the whole of VIC government (WoVG) SAP SucessFactors software licensing agreement.
