The Victorian Planning Authority maintains a planning advisory panel to provide the VPA with access to suitably qualified and available expert advisors to assist with the completion of a range of tasks relating to strategic land use planning and infrastructure coordination. The panel enables VPA project managers to engage experienced suppliers with demonstrated capability to provide commonly required services under pre agreed rates and standard contract conditions.

The VPA is seeking consultants to be appointed to the Environmental Planning and Community Infrastructure categories.  These categories will provide the following services to the VPA:

Environmental Planning:

• Conservation Area Planning, Design and Management 
• Ecological Services 
• Soil / Ground Contamination, Hydrology and Salinity  
• Geology and Geomorphology, Ground Stability Assessment
• Arboriculture assessment 
• Adverse Amenity and Environmental Impact Assessment 
• Bushfire Risk Assessment 
• Climate Change Response / Ecologically Sustainable Development 

Community Infrastructure:

• Community Facility and Service Planning 
• Recreation and Open Space Planning 
• Socio-Economic and Demographic Research 
• Affordable and Social Housing
