The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to assist organisations in improving their capacity to adopt and effectively apply digital and technological approaches to support and build their volunteer workforce.
Projects will be expected to deliver some or all of the following for small to medium-sized volunteer organisations in Victoria:
• Increased understanding of technology opportunities to improve recruitment, retention and/or engagement of volunteers, and greater confidence in using technologies to support this activity.
• Increased confidence or capacity for volunteer involving organisations to select and implement appropriate technology platforms to meet their organisations’ needs.
• Increased capacity for volunteer organisations to utilise technologies to improve reach and engagement into diverse communities in Victoria.
