Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites tenders for the supply of External Contracted Medical Imaging Services.

Successfull respondents will be awarded to a panel of pre-qualified service providers of medical imaging services - Radiologist and/or Radiography services

If awarded, then health services will retain the autonomy to approach the panel via a RFQ/RFT, to ensure the model of service is specific to each health services requirements.

The ITS will open on 30 July 2018 @ 2pm, ONLY via the the HPV Procurement Portal accessed via the HPV website

ITS Documentation

· Tender documents will be available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal on 30 July 2018 @ 2pm

· All respondents must register on the HPV website before gaining access to the HPV Procurement Portal.

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal.  Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this tender 20 August 2018 at 2pm

Tender Submissions

· Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HPV Procurement Portal - accessed via the HPV website.  Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.

· Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions.
