Upgrade of Seaford Pier, including removal of existing timber decking, crossheads, beams and piles with the supply and installation of 49 new timber piles, 13 of 300mmx150mm double crossheads, 60 of 300mmX150mm beams, 1600 l.m. of 225mmX75mm decking and 200 l.m. of timber capping. The existing handrails and lightings are to be reused on the new pier approach.  The site access and area for work compound/material storage is limited.
