Description
The ‘Leadership & Culture’ program aims to improve the safety and quality of care that Barwon Health provide, by building and promoting a positive and healthy work environment (Program).
The Program will achieve this by connecting Barwon Health employees to the Barwon Health Values, building psychological wellbeing and developing the leadership capability of all employees, in line with the Barwon Health Leadership Capability Framework.
